¶ Why am I not getting a sync code when doing /discord?
Try to perform the command in /hub.
¶ Why am I getting this message when I do /discord, “Your Discord is already linked. Your ranks will be automatically updated shortly”?
If you have synced your accounts before but have lost your “Linked” role for whatever reason, you simply need to resync.
If you have never synced your accounts before but are getting the error message, please get in contact with staff via the #sync-help Discord channel.
¶ I want to sync my Minecraft account with a new or different Discord account.
Before syncing with your new/different Discord, you will need to unsync your original Discord account. After unsyncing your accounts, you simply need to sync your new Discord and Minecraft.

¶ I have synced before but left the ManaCube Discord server. How do I regain my “Linked” role to access the rest of the server?
To regain your “Linked” role, you will need to resync (unsync and sync) your accounts.
¶ The ManaSync bot said, “your Minecraft account is now synced! Roles will be auto updated shortly” but I have not received the “Linked” role and/or nothing happened.
If you do not receive the “Linked” role within one minute of the bot saying you have successfully synced, please contact staff via the #sync-help Discord channel.
¶ Why can’t I unsync?
Failure to successfully unsync usually means the player is online on ManaCube. You need to be offline in-game to perform the !unsync command properly.
NOTE: Most issues can be resolved by resyncing (unsync and sync) your account.
