¶ Winter Festival Rewards and Events
This year's Winter Festival can be accessed by doing /festival. The Winter Festival has many activities that you can complete for emeralds. Emeralds can be used to purchase items that can be upgraded, Festival shop and in the Auction House (/ah).
The Festival shop can be opened by clicking on the Festival Shop NPC. You can purchase rewards such as tags, pins, wardrobe, items, pets and more!

¶ Tokens
Tokens are rare rewards that you can receive from doing various actions like Luring Baby Penguins or killing Freeze. When you redeem a token, a GUI will open allowing you to redeem that token on one realm. When you're unable to claim a token on a realm, the realm will lose its color and you will be unable to view the realm name when you hover over it.
You can claim the 'Glacial Blade' on all realms and will have differing lore depending on the realm you choose to claim it on. When you have claimed the Token, you'll need to go to the gamemode you claimed it on and wait for everything to process.
After everything has processed, you will receive this message. This will let you know that you now have access to use the item that you claimed.

¶ Navi
Navi are located in specific areas around the festival. When you click on a Navi, text will appear in your chat detailing actions that you can take to further your Winter Festival experience.
¶ Elves
45 Elves have run away scattered throughout the festival, find all of the elves to receive a title and a pet. For every unique Elf that you successfully find, you'll receive 10 emeralds. You can type /elf to see what elves you need to find.
Hint: Elves can be anywhere, up high or down below. They can hide in houses or even in powdered snow. Watch out for those mobs for you may need to go into houses to rob.
¶ Events
The Yeti Boss is located on top of the mountain. Players with the top 3 damage will receive a point on the Most Boss Kills leaderboard. The Boss will spawn with 2048 health. Every player with 15 or more damage will receive a reward from the Yeti Boss, tokens being rare rewards.
When the Spleef event begins, players are given a shovel that they can use to break snow blocks. In total there are 5 layers of snow. If you fall on the last layer, you will officially be out.

Other participants will receive 50 Emeralds
When the Ice Run event begins, players will begin on a solid layer of ice. Blocks you walk on will start to melt leaving air where you previously stepped. Since there is only one layer, if you fall, you are out.

- 2 place: 175 Emerald
- 3 place: 100 Emeralds
Other participants will receive 50 Emeralds
When the Sumo event begins, players will receive a fish that can be used to knock players off platforms. There are 41 ice platforms in total where the size of the platforms depend on where you are compared to the center, the center being the largest platform.

- 3 place: 100 Emeralds
Other participants will receive 50 Emeralds
¶ Santa's Quests
In the Village, you'll find Santa who needs help finishing all of his work. When you complete the task you must head back to talk to Santa. Each quest that you successfully complete will award you with 30 Emeralds. You can complete 10 quests every 12 hours.
¶ Mystical mobs
Mobs are located around the Forest but may tend to wander up the mountain or around the map. You can do /items to see mob drops and their value. Mobs that can be killed include Arctic Fox, Snow Slime, Frost Golem, Freeze, Ice Wraith Iceologer and the Yeti Boss. Mobs that can't be killed include Adult and Baby Penguins.

¶ Help the penguins
There are Adult and Baby Penguins located on the lake. Adult Penguins tend to huddle together to keep warm. If you talk to Adult Penguins, you can receive 10 gifts each hour.
Baby Penguins sometimes lose their way from their parents. Lure Baby Penguins to their parents by using a fish. When you've successfully returned a Baby penguin to their family, you will be given a gift.

¶ Fishing
You can fish on the lake and sell those fish to Huey for emeralds. The amount of emeralds you can sell fish for will depend on the rarity with common being the least and mythical fish being the most. You can fish up to 25 per hour.
¶ Tip toe across ice
There are 225 platforms positioned in a 15x15 grid. Platforms are 3x3 and have a one block gap around each of them. There are paths that you can take to safely cross to the other side. If you step on the wrong platform, it'll disappear and you'll go back to the beginning. Don't worry as you can retrace your steps using the empty space as a guide.
When you reach the other side, you'll be able to click on the chest and claim 25 emeralds. When you claim the reward, you'll go back to /spawn and will have to wait an hour before you can claim it again. The platforms will change every 15 minutes.
¶ Village
¶ Shovel snow
Each house that you can enter has been decorated by staff members. Help residents clear snow from their doorway so that they can enter their home. By doing so, you can sell what you receive for emeralds. Some houses have Elves hidden so make sure you're paying attention as they can be around the corner. The daily limit is capped at 500 snow blocks.
Disclaimer: You can only mine specific snow located outside of houses and in doorways.
¶ Leaderboards
Leaderboards are scattered throughout the Festival depending on the activity you're currently doing. For example if you're helping penguins at the Lake, a leaderboard will be located immediately to the right of /spawn.
You can toggle between 'Penguin Gifts Received' and 'Baby Penguins you've helped' by clicking the leaderboard.

¶ Winter Festival Pass
This pass can be viewed with /pass. Every day there will be 5 random tasks that appear. The first 3 tasks are free while the last two (Indicated by gold blocks or by a recovery compass depending on the server) can be accessed if you purchase the premium pass. Completing quests will earn you pass XP which will increase your pass level up to the maximum of level 10.
