¶ Realm Reset Guide
KitPvP, Creative & Parkour reset less often compared to other realms. They're meant to last much longer due to the content associated with one of these realms. Skyblock, Survival, Prison, Earth, Islands & Factions typically have a realm reset ever 1-2 years.
The purpose of a reset is so the economy and realm can start over again from scratch and so that the players have something to grind for again, this also allows us to improve features on the realm and provide new updates for the player base to enjoy. When a realm resets, all items, builds, stats and currency will be wiped with the exception of Furniture, Tags, Wardrobe Items, Hugs, Some Perks, SVA's, Cubits & Store/Cubit Shop Bought Ranks.

¶ Seasonal Vault Items
A Seasonal Vault Item, also known as SVA is typically earned through our monthly promotional crates. These items will say "Season Vault Access" in the lore of the item towards the bottom and they can be placed into your /resetvault and carried from one season to another. ¶ How to Purchase more Vault Space
Everyone with the ranks VIP - MVP+ will have access to one seasonal vault which can be accessed with /vault at spawn. However, having the highest rank Elite will give you access to two seasonal vaults. You can also purchase additional seasonal vault pages on /cubitshop.
¶ Recording Evidence of your Items
It is recommended that you collect the ID # of your SVA's as this will help us track them if there is ever an issue with the item whether it may be lost or stolen.
¶ Collecting SVA IDs
Every SVA has an ID number, this number can be checked by doing /id while holding the item in your hand. If the item doesn't have an ID number, you can make a support ticket on the forums for it to be fixed.

¶ What moves across seasons?
When a season comes to an end, there are several things that will carry over to the next season. The following items will carry over; Cubits, SVA's, Donator Ranks, Some Perks, Furniture and Cosmetics.
¶ How often do realms reset?
There isn't a hard date for resets in advance but to give an estimate, they reset around the one year mark give or take a few months If you would like to be notified of when a reset is coming up, make sure to join our Manacube discord and pay attention to the announcements channel!
¶ When and how can I vault my items?
Players are able to vault items with the /resetvault command once the announcement has been made for a reset to occur.
¶ When do I get my vaults after reset?
After a reset occurs, players will have to wait for an announcement or update in our discord that states vaults are now open and players can access their SVA items again. This grace period can last up to a few weeks after reset occurs, just stay tuned to our discord and you'll be able to access your items soon enough!
¶ What do I do if I am missing SVA items?
If you are missing SVA items after reset has occurred, you would have to make a support ticket on our website. Within the ticket, upload proof of you having the missing item from the previous season as well as write out a list of the missing items. A staff member will reply and begin to work with you to replace your items as soon as possible, please remember to be patient as this process does take time!
¶ Are players involved with a realm reset?
Some players will indeed be involved with resets. When resets are being discussed, an admin will open up a discussion forums on the Manacube Discord so that players can add feedback and suggest feature improvements. QA members will also be involved with feedback, discussions and testing.
¶ Where do I keep my furniture & wardrobe items?
Any furniture or wardrobe pieces that are deposited back into /furniture or /wardrobe will carry over on reset.
